Under 21 Drinking

I am sure it would be more a moral choice you would have to make for your story. Why you believe it important? What is the scenario? The USA laws are primarily about purchasing alcohol and public possession.

While the guidelines (https://www.literotica.com/resources/content-guidelines ) do not mention alcohol, there are clear guidelines about:
  • "Ravishment, nonconsensual, dubiously consensual, or consensual-nonconsensual fantasies involving real-life people, groups/organizations, or copyrighted characters."

  • Works that advocate for readers to engage in any real life (non-fictional) activity that is illegal in the United States.
I'm sure "a glass of wine with dinner at home" by a 20 yr old would not be an issue, but how would that be integral to your story, requiring mention?

It's a good idea to have your characters buy alcohol, it reinforces they're over 18 should anyone think your flouting the rules.

My first story (How I became my son's girlfriend) got rejected the first time because Erik, the MC was 20 and forged a document so he could drink wine with his mom at a restaurant. I cut that detail and made Erik 5 months older. After that, the story got accepted.

I am now in a much dicier situation. In the next chapter of My succubus faughter 18 yo Ophelia will take 18 yo Melabke to a club and with supernatural allure (Ophelia is a half succubus) she gets Mwlabie her first drink. This is relatively important for pacing, vibes, and character. I would rather not cut it if I can. I should not have written this taking place in friggin florida.
