I can' seem to get anyone (in charge) at Literotica to reply to my emails asking why my stories are stopped before they've even been submitted. I have a number of poems and stories posted, but for some unknown reason I find it says 'not ever approved' next to the recent attempts to write. Whats up with this?

It's been a few months ago, but I noticed the same "status", and, no, it didn't also say pending. I, too, emailed and didn't get an answer, but the stuff did eventually get accepted. So, I presume, based on my own experience, that even with the words "Not Ever Accepted" showing, it can eventually get reviewed AND accepted. Maybe just try to wait it out like I did (?).

No, it doesn't say pending like they usually do....just 'not ever accepted' I've post quite a few things before this...it's the last three I've started writing and haven't even tried to post yet! Thanks for the info about it happening to you before.

I know a few things have been going on around here that's got Laurel and Manu pulling their hair out.

Manu recently put up a notice that Lit was the target of malicious hackers. They've also had extreme amounts of trouble with the servers lately. Several hardware problems seriously get in the way of things, I would think. Several people are having difficulties just loggin in these days. They're also trying to launch a new site, re-script part of this site, and still find time to actually do their day jobs.

I think the best bet is to wait it out. If not, then post at the author's hangout because threads on this board get buried too fast and she won't notice them. Email backlog at Lit is extensive and I imagine PMs are even worse. You aren't the only one being ignored. Somehow, though, I don't think that it's on purpose. We authors are the bread and butter of this site and Laurel and Manu keep this in mind with every upgrade they do. :)
