Unable to update profile -- ICQ/AIM

I was trying to add a couple small things to my profile, but the system won't let me save changes because it populates the "ICQ#" and "AOL IM" fields with an "N/A." It then says "Invalid ICQ/Invalid AOLIM. It should be alphanumeric." So I don't know what ICQ is and I haven't had AIM in 20 years. And I'm not able to click in either of the fields to change the text. So I'm stuck and can't save my changes.

What am I missing?
