Unable to post or receive notes via the Contact tab

I haven't been able to send or receive comments when using the Comment tab on an Author's page. I always receive the error message "Sorry, cannot send mail to username." I'm not sure if it's an issue with my Profile settings or something else, but any insight or guidance would be much appreciated.

I have not been able to post anything in messages for MONTHS. I keep getting a message that I may have violated some rule. I have nothing to sell so it wasn’t spam. I have no idea what I did! I have written to the emails listed…no reply!

I sure know what a pariah feels like! Why the silent treatment? Even in Nazi Germany you were told what you did before you were executed! I was ostracized without a word!

Same here.

I've tried sending a message to the Admins, but guess what? You can't email them. LOL. There are a couple of authors I am trying to contact with no luck
