Unable to get into chat

I have been unable to log into chat for the last three days. I recently changed my browser, and it seemed to be fine, but wondering if that is somehow causing an issue. Thank you.

I dont see your name in the logs. Maybe try clearing the browser's cache or switching back to the one you were using before?

Thank you for the response. I did try that, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm obviously able to log into the site as a whole, but the chat just continues to say "Chat Is Not Available". I'm not sure what to do.

May I ask? What browser are you using and are you using a mobile phone? Also when was the last time you were able to log in? (its ok if you do not have an exact time or date...just approximately?)

I've tried using both Google Chrome and DuckDuckGo. I think the last time I was able to log in was the evening of 9/15, and that was using DuckDuckGo. I turned my computer off that evening, and when I tried logging in the following morning, it said "Chat Is Not Available". I then tried going back in and using Chrome, and it said the same thing there.

No, this is the only name I have here. I only have the one account. I don't think I did or said anything wrong...so, I'm not sure why I would've been banned or something. It seems as though a lot of people have been experiencing the same thing, and they are saying they were banned from the chat.

Well, i do see your id logged in on the chat, since morning - and we think you might have not been logged out of the system when you closed your browser the last time you were on the chat. So im going to kick your user out of the Lobby and Detailed Roleplay room and you may get to log back on.

Thank you for the attempt, but it's still not letting me in. I appear to be logged in to Literotica as a whole, but when I try to get into the chat is when it's telling me that it's unavailable. And again, I'm seeing a ton of posts in this forum from people right now saying the same thing, so there's something strange happening. I even tried going in using a Chrome incognito tab, thinking maybe it would lose the login information, and that didn't work.

Perfect we think that the chat server might have thought you were still logged in...so I am glad you were able to get back in.
