Unable to get into chat

I have been unable to log into chat for the last three days. I recently changed my browser, and it seemed to be fine, but wondering if that is somehow causing an issue. Thank you.

I dont see your name in the logs. Maybe try clearing the browser's cache or switching back to the one you were using before?

Thank you for the response. I did try that, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm obviously able to log into the site as a whole, but the chat just continues to say "Chat Is Not Available". I'm not sure what to do.

May I ask? What browser are you using and are you using a mobile phone? Also when was the last time you were able to log in? (its ok if you do not have an exact time or date...just approximately?)
