Unable to contact Volunteer Editors

I have put in several requests for edit, and got no response. Also, I click on the "copy me" box on my requests, but I don't get those emails. I suspect that my requests are not being sent.

My email address is good, and I get private feedback from readers with no problem.

When I look at the "Options" screen under the Main heading on the Profile page, it doesn't show a valid email address (just my user id in the email field.) The "Profile" screen does show my correct email address.

Any ideas on what is going on?

As you have discovered, the VE program doesn't work correctly. To find someone to help with your stories, check here. Or make a new thread asking for help. Be sure to give category, word count, and any other specifics you might have.

Urgh. That's a bit of important information. I shall avoid the VE page forthwith.
