Unable To Contact Authors

Greetings:
Not sure what Old Uncle Al did, but every time I attempt to write to an author, A red message flashes on my screen telling me I am a SPAMMER! It says I should write to Support @Literotica.com, as the system often does this in error.

Well folks, it’s been two weeks, I have written three times to the email given, and I no nothing more than previously. Oh, and I am still a pariah on literotica. Finally,
I contacted one super person who had written to my email outside the site and asked for help, as I has nowhere else to go. He/she suggested I post here in this forum…so here itis.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP A CONFUSED OLD MAN?

Email and Literotica seem to have a wonky relationship. To get in contact with Literotica, it's better to send a Private Message, addressed to Laurel, and explain your situation.

Did your messages to the authors contain, by chance, a link to another website, or specific words that could be associated with spamming?

I've shared emails with OldUncleAl for a couple of months now. He's left comments on several of my stories. He doesn't seem like a spammer to me.

Same Issue was Reported by "Apple of Eden"

See further down in the Tech Support Forum, "Can't send...." by Apple_of_Eden.

Manu had been looking at the problem - i think. It also manifests as some authors not being able to use the "Feedback" form which is also the form - with a different label - used to send direct messages to any admin, so if you have the "Spammer" and the "can't send" double - whammy, then you can only communicate via the "Comment" form at the end of stories or in one of these forums.

As far as i can tell, not one of us that are affected has ever done anything that might remotely be considered "spamming", but we may have somehow been so identified by some software trigger. It may be related to the new BETA software interaction with the old legacy stuff. Perhaps a back-end thing if some of the new just puts a pretty face on the old,..?..

Would dearly love to see this - both issues - solved.
