unable to access chat

everytime i try to log in to lit chat i get a GUI that says chat is not available. Did I get banned or is the site just having issues?

bwats2003 You are banned this is also not the chat support section so you are lucky i was checking on something for someone or you would still be waiting for an answer. PM if you want to know details of why you are banned.

So try clearing your cache and cookies from your browser, make sure its up to date and in a pinch restart the browser Also if you are trying to log in
with a wireless device try a wired connection if you have one because chat is a persnickety bitch at times.
