Unable to access chat on PC

I have tried on several different browsers to enter the chat rooms but it keeps saying that the secure connection failed. I tried to log in on my iPad and it went through. Is there a problem with the chat rooms?

Similar response on all my devices including desktop

Firefox safari Opera browsers all present a warning page for entry into chat about expired certificate and warns about proceeding safely

same type of problem with Chrome - privacy error, server not secure, etc.
