Two married wives realise that their husbands unhealthy competitive attitudes can be used against them...
The setup mechanism is a fancy-dress party and each wife tells their husband that the other is going to dress as a girl.
Neither of the guys are willing to do it until the fateful/magic words are delivered "Well, the other wife said he's going to be so girly he'll put your outfit to shame...."
Could be a multi-part story where the first week is the wives goading/showing pictures of the other guy and asking things like "are you going to let him win, he's still got all his body hair"
The on the night of the party rhey're pushed into eve-more sissy behaviour with taunts and manipulation leveraging their competive nature. (eg one guys taunts "You're not sissy enough to suck a man off", is proven wrong but then has to go one better).
