Well, we have spoken about the elections ad nauseam. Some of the chat has been insightful but I have had enough of it now. I was wondering what dreams you have for yourself. I am not talking about something fantastical, I am talking about the type of dream that inspires you - one that is managable and realistic.

My dream - I would love to have a once-weekly late night radio talk show (perhaps an hour or two on a Thursday nite from 10 till midnite). I would love that. I think about it quite often - I sometimes even think of a suitable signature tune for the show *laughs*

Well, what's yours?

Okay, I'm gonna be completely honest here... bare my soul, so to speak. I would give absolutely ANYTHING to be able to write well enough to become published. I'd hang up my g-string, hang up my mic, and just pound at the keys day and night if I thought it were plausible.

I'd be one happy woman if I never had to step foot in that club again, I'd hole up at home and write at least 12 hrs a day! (Hell, I damn near do that now sometimes)

But, alas, my writing leaves a lot to be desired. Sooo, I remain in my rut. *sigh*

I'd like to be healthy...and married to a great guy. You know the one, he's so sweet, and he loves me for who I am.
Sad that I'll never have either one.

I have always wanted to buy a quaint house in the middle of the mountains and open a Bed and Breakfast. Make the whole thing very regional, fill the house with high quality antiques, plan interesting day trips, have horses and a lake on the property, the works.

If you haven't guessed already, most of the BnBs I've been to have not been what I expected (No, I don't want a list of good ones, thank you). I want to operate a resort style BnB, featuring a perfect weekend.

sigh, maybe someday...
