They are well lubricated today as i have been discussinf iling techniques with other lit members

i would still like to discuss more filing methods as though I my filing cabinet runners are well lubricated they are still in need of some attention

I've found that sliding it in and out gently for several minutes, then jerking it about deep in the recess for a while, followed by several more minutes of sliding in and out with a little more gusto often spreads the lubricant around the recess and makes for very easy and pleasant filing
