Wife Swap is a show where the wife from the household goes to live in someone elses house with the family. They live by the swappers rules one week, and the homeowners rules the next.

In this show last night, one of the swappers called herself a 'proper wife'. This, to her, meant doing all the jobs around the house before her husband arrived home, cooking proper meals and meeting him at the door from work.

Fair enough.

It also included, having her hair and make up done perfectly so when he came home he could appreciate her, wearing sexy slim fit dresses with a glimpse of suspender showing to meet him at the door, holding his coat for him on request so that he could dress easily, picking clothes for her - with her husbands tastes.

Then there were the little statements. Like she was shopping for some nightclub clothes which she wouldn't normally do. But this was a swap, so she had to do what the other normally would. She was picked an outfit very small, in pink pvc which was an open front with her black bra showing underneath! She commented 'this is bedroom wear not out wear'!

And the way she sat at the dinner table with the other womans husband in her little chinese style dress with a very long slit up the side so he could clearly see the top of her hold-ups.

It's not soundling like much when I explain it, but it seemed that she was very much the submissive and he was very much the Dominant. I just let my thoughts wonder that's all.

I think it makes more sense if you watched it!

OK, have watched it before but not that episode. Not suire though if they were not husband and wife but the swaps whether I would be reading it as a submissive and Dominant, but you never know I guess.....maybe a lot of wishful thinking on one or both sides.

Hmmm...what did I think?

What did she call herself? A Mindfull Wife? They did seem to be into the D/s roles somewhat. I felt sorry for the child though. I'm not too familiar with how the lifestyle works in a 24/7 relationship but the husband wanting to be put above the child at all times seemed wrong to me. The poor boy was neglected.



I do love Wife Swap though.
