How's your day been?

Mine has been housework, housework, paperwork, housework!

Just waiting for a well deserved takeaway to arrive now :rolleyes:

Not too bad, swimming this morning & healthy eating too. Which is shit by the way, craving some chocolate or cake but having a fucking Apple instead!!

Firstly that just sounds painful. I mean even amazon has sex toys, you dont need to use apples ;)

and second, you can eat healthy and still have treats., In fact, as long as you keep a balance, its beneficial to have treats in a balanced healthy diet :)

I can't stop at 1 treat though. I love mini rolls, a pack of 12 don't last long. 6 at a time, so no treats for me!

That's the hardest part :) I';m a sucker for Danish and those maple pecan plait things, but can you buy just one? fucknah, bastards sell them in packs :rolleyes: but it is possible to do it, takes some self control though, Its not too hard to make changes if you make small ones and when they're habits, make slightly bigger ones. Last fizzy pop thing I drank? think I had one at nandos but only because it was literally all there was, they didnt even have water :rolleyes: and the last time I had nandos was a couple of months ago :) the main thing is to try eat healthier and pay attention to what you're easting. Astounding the difference that makes. Honestly the stuff I;ve learnt about the foods we eat is astonishing, and not a little scary :eek:

Yeah I've ditched the pop too, on barley water now! I can't drink plain water, just don't like it. I'm not one for tea & coffee either. I'm trying with different things but I am a fussy little fucker!

Amazing the amount of sugar that cuts out straight away :) Yup, its difficult finding tasty food that you enjoy that's also healthy, but its worth it :D
 
Good morning all. in a fudge and pear drop free zome at the moment......needs to be rectified :)
 
It's ideal beer garden weather today! However I'm going to have to go wrestle the dog to the vets. *Sigh* Back later. :D I may even buy some pear drops as a reward.
