*whistles and pats knees* Come on Wonky - come on, come on...

<Returns and finds a quiet corner with a comfy bed to lean back onto and read a guide on how to measure bra sizes.>

Gawd - I must go pop some painkillers and eat - spag bol made by hubby - this should be interesting

*Enters the room with a bouquet of flowers (Aldi's finest!) and a bag of pick 'n' mix. For you Tallulah. :D

 Thank you Wonky - I love Aldi flowers, buy myself them every week (yes, I am one of those women who has to buy her own *sobs*).

I knew you were a classy guy :rose: (this one stolen from another thread - shhhh)

Oh, I know.

I once was walking the dog - I was about 10 or so - when I saw some daffodils growing in the park. Now I knew they were my mother's favourite, so I picked a few with the intention of taking them home.

The park ranger caught me. I have never been so frightened in my life. I didn't know it was illegal!

Aawwww!!! Oh Wonky - you are so damned cute!

well I still prefer to look at mine than eat them!

Lol at foofy :D

Boring

Also a lot of spices are parts of flowers or part of what used to be flowers.

It was, the dickhead who served us even had a comedy french accent because he thought it made him more................ classy  the food was crap really. I stopped at the mcdonalds before we went home

Say what you want but I like vases of bright orange gerberas and yellow tulips around me than on my plate :p

I know the kind of places you mean. I don't get to go to those places a lot because most of my friends are quite fussy eaters and those menus are too adventurous for them :D

I like a bit of foof sometimes - just to break out of the norm! (but I wouldn't order a flower salad for £25)

My mother thinks they're wonderful  Either them or ............. well pubs that think they're restuarants. Basically she's a sucker for hype. any ridiculous nonsense put convincingly and she;ll go for it

I think you had a dish, a fish dish that was garnished with purple flowers? I could be 100% wrong here and recalling something else somebody said.

I like a lot of herbs and spices. As long as they aren't too pungent or hot, I'll give them a try.

Was it Beetroot? Oh yeah... Silly me. Looked like flowers though ;)

And yes, I actually am pretty high at the moment. I'm just waiting for my imaginary friend to appear and I'll have a chat with him.

haha - I am not a sucker for hype but I am a sucker for change and foods I haven't tried before or combinations that you wouldn't find anywhere else. I don't mind paying a bit more to eat the most delicious sourdough pizza ever - served with pink lemonade :D
