If you can't tell, I feel quite a lot better today. It doesn't feel like AC/DC are playing the drums with my head. Still pretty lethargic but I expect by tomorrow I'll be back to normal... Well, my normal!

Keep nurturing yourself for a day or two, regain your strength.
Glad to hear you're feeling so much better, but take it slowly. Your stomach will probably have shrunk a bit... BTW you can also expect to feel a bit weak after not eating for that long, even if you had plenty of fluid still going in. This will pass.
Given that I still feel a bit ill (but nowhere near as bad as I have been), I'm just taking it easy. I'll just eat little amounts often and build up that way, but I usually don't eat a lot anyway.
