Poor dog! Is it recoverable? My girl dog is ill, and we know we are on borrowed time...but it is really draining. She eats seven times a day now, but is super skinny, and we have started antibiotics every second week, along with her plethora of other pills. But.....she is happy. So long as she is right next to one of us, she is happy.. She got miserable on Saturday because we took our car to the garage and picked up a courtesy car, and left her at home ( with the other dog) and she has decided that is no longer acceptable. So....no more leaving at home alone, even for short spells.
Awww, I'm sorry to hear that. Our last dog, Amber sadly grew too old and became a shadow of her former self.
Luckily for Poppy, she has an upset tummy and has been sick a couple of times on her basket so I've had a wash on and washed the basket outside. She's just settling now and I'm going to try and do the same for a couple of hours.
I hope she has a comfortable time of it Elle!

Poor little darling. Doggy recovery fluids / electrolytes are expensive but quite handy to have.....girl dog likes the ready made up chicken flavoured ones better than the sachets of plain salty ones.
