I'm making a curry at the moment and then I'm going to relax, enjoy the evening.

What curry you doing?

I did a Chicken Balti. It was a lot of work and preparation making it from scratch and to be honest, I think I was too tired and sore to enjoy it. It's a lot easier getting the curry paste already made, I'll say that.

I'm now going to collapse in front of the TV for a bit. Sod the washing up - it can wait.
