The media is forecasting a Tory wipe-out but its a very big majority for Labour to turn around. I suspect a closer result than anticipated, something like 1964 when Labour won by just four seats.

Either 12 months full-time in the military or 'volunteering' one weekend every month doing community service. Clearly the guy doesn't want to win the election (certainly he doesn't want the youth vote).

What has the IRA and Margaret Thatcher to do with it? I don't recall her suggesting National Service. The military won't want to baby-sit millions of surly youths who would rather be in their rooms shooting up Martians or whatever they do in online games nowadays.

I'm easily amused.
The Conservative (Tory) vote is relatively static. Labour have recently lost support. Reform have gained, as has Lib Dems (the orange line). Ed Davey, leader of the Lib Dems, has campaigned mainly by being filmed on fairground rides. That seems to add popularity.

Plaid Cymru (Party of Wales, green line) is stumbling along on 1% however on 22nd May they actually had zero support.
