Ugh!

If you have any Angostura aromatic bitters it will help you feel much better.

Just put a few dashes in a Sprite or Soda, maybe add some lemon and drink up - almost instant relief for your tummy.

 feel better!

I'm sorry...whatever you do, don't take any meds to stop what your body wants to happen...ummm....?

Are you alone?

Ouch! I'm SO sorry. I've been there. Do yourself a favor and throw up as often as possible. lol Don't resist it just makes the process longer.

Look on the bright side! My brother went to the ER with stomach pains a few years back and they told him he had Crone's Disease. He changed his whole diet and was pretty unhappy for three weeks before seeing a specialist who told him it was just food poisoning.

:( sorry lavender thats nasty i hope you feel better soon

have you got anyone to blame for serving you bad food or something ... it always helps me feel better if i have someone to blame other then myself when im sick :)

I had a bad piece of fish at a corporate thing once and puked my guts out for two days afterwards.

Highlites included blowing chunks on some lucky airline employee at the check-in counter the next morning.

If the veins on the underside of your forearms are blue, it's food poisoning.

Otherwise, you might just be preggers.

Lance, that's the first symptom of a room temp IQ and a Grand Canyon sized ego.

Bad combo.
