UGH! What Should I Cook For Supper?

*smart ass comment* FOOD!

I would call for pizza then you don't have to cook;)

Make Shake and bake with mashed potatos and a veggie. It is a good old stand by

Don't worry about the picky 34 year old. It's time he grew up, anyway.

I vote for Potatos Anna, broccoli and broiled salmon.

Roasted troll ears with Hans fries on the side?

No really, during my "Mr Mom" period when I was at a loss about what to fix I would start by browning hamburger, adding a chopped onion and then looking at what else I had available. Sometimes adding more vegitables, or pasta, or chesse, or soup, etc. It also a good way to clean up leftovers.

Chinease Chicken

I whole chicken (boil the shit out of it)
take it off the bone
uncle ben fried rice
2 cans of celery soup
1/2 cup of mayo
cut water chestnuts one or two cans
green beans

Mix together stick it in the oven at 350 and bake it for 30mins

Yummy!

bad idea. Dogs are not made for eating

Wanna bet? :p <insert not-so-subtle reference to licking chili offa the dog here>

I made Manwiches the other night. First time I've had one in like 15 years. They were pretty tasty and good lord was it fast! I put 'em on onion rolls instead of hamburger buns, though.

Mmmmm, salmon. This picky 30-something loves salmon.

I cooked salmon on my George Forman grill last night. Yummy!!! I somehow messed up the Potatos Anna, though0 they were ok, but not great. I used Yukon Gold spuds- that may have been part of the problem- not enough starch. Plus, I overcooked them a tad on the stovetop. Still, a yummy dinner, a little white wine. Now, if only Nora had been there to share it with, that would have moved ot from good to Great!!!

Something that a 2 yr old and a picky 34 yr old would eat?

I made sloppy joes......for my wife and kids......I like to cook dinner and I really like it when my wife can come home and not have too.

Its simple but then again with all the holiday food and eating out on the trip to GA.....Simple is perfect right about now.
