U.S. Marines just crossed the Tigris River, and are securing the holy city of Karbala. This is within the "Red Line" that Iraqi intelligence will use as a final line to determine the release of WMD's on Coalition soldiers. Around this line, troops have found all sorts of recent issue gas masks with bio filters, and new bio suits with instructions.

MOPP Level 1 -- The overgarment and helmet cover are worn.
MOPP Level 2 -- Overboots are added.
MOPP Level 3 -- Chemical protective mask and hood are added. At this point personnel are completely encapsulated.
MOPP Level 4 -- Butyl rubber gloves are added.

If Saddam uses WMD, if he has any, that could well be seen by others that he is willing to fight to the end, and that in turn could well intensify the riots enough to make other Arab Governments think again about their position...

But the ant-American riots in other Arab States have nothing to do with the Koran as such, they're about the invasion of a brother Arab country by a much hated foreign power.
