Batman was jsut crushed by superman but super man used Kryptonite to poison super man and so he dies in the next minute or so. As a result the Pengiun and other asorted villains eassilly destroy and over whelm the otehr super heros and now the world is cought in a power struggle. But before that a rift opens up and the wold of DC comics merges with the world of Marvel comics, and as such all their super heros are dead too.
In other words pick a villain you like and try to take over the world.
