You know puzzles are irresistable to me, but I'm a rock. I don't see holes in the story, but I see similarities to other tragedies.

Hurley International's rehab, Patryn's suicide, and this rape were all reported to the board by a close friend. I suppose this makes it easier to keep the lie going because a friend will never have all the details. Because the details are where the person invariably gets tripped up.

In the case of Hurley and Patryn, the lie was drawn out too much. People familiar with the policies and procedures of drug rehab centers and attempted suicide counseling pointed out details in Hurley's and Grey's (Patryn's friend) stories that didn't jive with real life. Such as the allowance of Internet access in the drug rehab center.

In the case of this rape, all I can see is that after a certain point, the subject was dropped. Perhaps because there were so many women who confessed their own rape, Muscles and/or Feather couldn't reliably come up with sufficient plausible detail to make it believeable.

We've never gotten any other report about whether the guy was ever apprehended or how Feather's doing emotionally and physically, even though we're supposedly her very close friends. ("Feather asked me to tell you guys. She says you're very close friends, and this is something she wants to tell you.")

And, even though she was raped, she is blithely participating in sexual role playing only a month after her ordeal. Perhaps the women who have been raped could pipe up and explain how a woman would so easily throw herself into an imaginary sexual situation so soon afterward.

Now, with that said...Deb, what's the point of dragging it out? I wish you would just lay out all your evidence without the innuendo and hints. Assume we're not as savvy as you are about seeing the clues. If we were, we would have seen them already.

All I've seen so far (this time) is a lack of detail and irrational behavior from someone who supposedly underwent a horrible ordeal. Unlike Hurley and Patryn, there have been no glaring errors that scream fraud. I'll admit I'm highly suspicious, but I'm far from being completely convinced.

In this case, I don't know what evidence Deb does or doesn't have. It's not the same with the Iris thing, where I was privy to information that confirmed things for me personally.

Proof, as I've said previously differs for everyone.

In a court of law, where a person is being charged with a crime and facing the possibility of punishment, I have personal rules about indisputable proof. In my daily life, however, my standards are much more lenient. (If it looks like a dog, smells like a dog, barks like a dog...). Deb isn't a DA. She presents her opinions, makes her accusations and shows the things that make her suspicious. There is exhibit A, exhibit B, etc., but there are no fingerprints on smoking guns. This is cyberspace. There are no smoking guns, and no fingerprints.

As for the impact of the dramatics, in my case, I don't care about Two2Tango, MusclesBaby and/or FeatherLight. What little I have seen of them, doesn't impress me.

So…I’m going to rant about another aspect of this entirely. Because, you know, what the hell.

I see a lot of people lately saying things like "what does it matter?" So what if there are trolls? Big deal. Ignore them, yedda yadda yudda.

The trolls, and idiots like Kid Rock are not going anywhere, folks. They're here, they're queer, get used to them.

Ignoring them WILL NEVER WORK. You’re always going to have insecure morons like Mistress pandering for attention and willing to call anyone a “friend.” These bottom-feeders of social disgrace are always going to have an audience. Some people are just not that easy to impress, kay?

And there will be days when some of us will just want to tell them to shut the fuck up. Some days when we will just want to call them peckerheads. As you’ve all noticed, Deb and I seem to have more of these days than the rest of you. But, I digress (as is my garrulous custom)…

Deb isn't policing the board. That's not her job. I wouldn't presume to speak for her, but I imagine she just has these days like me where she is FED FUCKING UP.

In the end, at least from my angle, there are no hard feelings about it. I appreciate the opposition because it makes me THINK before I post. It makes me consider the things I say and the words I use and it makes me at least TRY to support the stances I take. Although, obviously, it doesn’t alter me. It just keeps me to a higher standard of shrewishness.

I don’t mind people having problems with Deborah. I don’t mind people saying they’re sick of troll talk. But it bothers me that so many people lately – both on the board and in emails to me – seem to be BLAMING Deb for troll issues, and focusing more on attacking HER instead of being disgusted by the bullshit she ferrets out.

Most of us here would probably argue – rather passionately – about the KKK’s right to freedom of speech. But, sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the theory of things and forget the perspective of it.
