The house has been on the market for a while and so the back yard is a bit overgrown and the rooms need painting, BR & kitchen updated, carpets installed. Site unseen, the neighboring wife tells the realtor (who she sees occasionally) that she volunteers her son -- it's the beginning of the summer and he doesn't have a job -- to help the old ladies clean up the back yard and paint the inside of the house.
The twist is that the widows are not old, but beautiful twins in their early 30s. Their husband were best friends and died together in some form (fishing, motorcycle, work, whatever) of accident.
I'm thinking that he's just graduated H.S., is somewhat buff from working out, but shy/geeky from being pimply when younger. He gets his handyman skills from either living with his divorced mother or remodeling the room over the garage as his man-cave, or whatever.
The sisters are curvy and retro elegant-sophisticated. Maybe their libidos overcome their grief, or something like that...
