Two Weeks With No Lit???!!!??

Off on a vacation and made the decision to not take the computer, so I was away from Lit for two weeks. It was rough, but I made it and now it's good to be back.

Hey there everyone I know, greetings to anyone new, and hello to anyone that I've not talked to, but wants to say hi!
 
Tell me how you did it. I fear I will be going on vacation soon and I have been told i will not be allowed to take my computer with me.

Did you have a patch? What did you do to help fight the craving? Any advice would be helpful! lol ;)

I did my best to stay busy and to wear myself out enough during the days that I would fall asleep at night without wanting to get on the computer, which would be my normal routine.

Vacation at the beach did provide some nice eye candy, so that helped too :)

Of course, I did think about Lit and have some ideas for my next story now, hehe.
 
Alcohol.....and hopefully some sex. Hydrocodon is a good substitute too...lol

Lol.

It's not just Lit. It's the inability to check email or to be able to write, unless I take to the old fashioned way with pen and paper. I fear I will go mad within a few short days! :eek:

I think I need to figure out a way to get hubby to relent. What do you think?

I say go for the clean break...take out pen and paper and re-experience old-fashioned writing, the self-imposed electronic media fast will be refreshing!

Of course...offering sexual favors to hubby in exchange for his relenting is also a win-win proposition :)

I'm so glad you survived your ordeal! ;) I had to do it for a week last winter, but at least I had my smartphone. Welcome back! :rose:
