I think the story was set in a small town and one of the sisters has a lot of sex. But she has mastered the art of Tease and Denial. Later on their family is having a large gathering. They have an older perverted Uncle who has always tried to get his hands on them. The T & D sister tells the other sister to go ahead to the picnic, she will take care of the Uncle. She then keeps bringing him to the edge and denying him. It is really well written.
