Two sides to this story

Woman is looking for pal on "friends with benefits" site.

Among the 300 plus letters she receives from men who ogle her nude pics and who want fantasies fulfilled, she finds a man who wants to roleplay as Student/teacher or doctor/patient. She doesn't think much of his request, (she has no school girl skirt ), so she doesn't reply.

Six months later she is diagnosed with serious illness. The new doctor who examines her looks familiar, but she cannot recall where she first saw his face. Midway into her treatments she realizes he's the man who asked for roleplay on that sex site. (He has changed his hair color and grown a beard since submitting his pic in his request. That made her slow to realize it was the same man.)

Does the doctor recognize her from her pics on that site? He has given no clue if he does. And if he does know her secret, what else goes on in his mind during the examinations and treatments? How will this psychodrama unfold and what will be the outcome?

He's breathing a bit too hard, leaning a little too close while he's pushing her breast, checking for suspicious lumps. She shifts to keep her balance on the exam table, accidentally bumping into his bearded face. "Doc, I liked your dark stubble more than the full beard," she gasps, scratching the itch on her nipple.

Doc is thrown a bit off balance by her words. "She has never seen me without this full beard. Not in this office, "he thinks, mind reeling. "How does she know...?"

She sees his raised eyebrows as he pauses, speechless. She nods, eyeing the top of his head. "And I like the current black burr cut more than the red shock of hair."

Someone could take this to RP as well, for sake of creative dialogue play.
