Gonna answer in reverse order. Because I'm a rebel like that 😆.

The hottest story I ever WROTE remains unpublished. What made it the "hottest" was the audience of one I wrote it for.

I think the best sex scene I ever published was Jenna part 12.

Again, not so much the mechanics of it as that it was a payoff for two characters after 11 chapters of teasing and buildup to it.

As for the "hottest" I've ever read?

It's really a tough question because there are simply too many great stories I've read over the years.

So I'm gonna go with a recent read, and it's from a series I know you in particular may not be interested in reading due to the NC content.

But the scene I'm talking about is NOT a NC scene and is in fact fully consensual.

@seraph_nocturne spent 14 chapters of The Dead World putting two characters in particular through all sorts of hell.

So I found the scene where the two finally connect and have an extended moment of intimacy and passion in chapter 15 exceptionally poignant given what they'd been through to get there.
 
This is absolutely cheating, but color me not-giving-a-shit.

I wrote this story with @seraph_nocturne as an RP, just for shits and giggles, and as we wrote it we realized we had something so fun that we had to share it.

I'll be honest. Part of me wonders why I like it so much. It's anal, and anal in my book is totally mid... Part of me enjoys it, but it's a SUPER rare occurrence for me irl. I'm not a huge fan. I include it a decent amount in my stories to keep things fresh, but I am not overly enamored with the real thing.

That said, the raw D/s of this story absolutely excited the daylights out of me. Both writing and reading.

So it remains both the hottest thing I've read - and written - that is on Literotica.

(Be warned, it has noncon themes, although it's closer to resistance than anything else)

Thank you, @Djmac1031, seriously thrilled you’ve enjoyed the series, and that particular romantic scene. I pulled from the heart with it, as harsh a setting as it is, I’ve gotten so fond of Charlotte and Danny.

That said, Em, don’t feel any sort of pressure reading out of your comfort zone… the series is very intense, the universe is a lawless post-apocalyptic wasteland and the content is the stuff of horror. I say it all the time, it isn’t for everyone.

And thank you @MediocreAuthor, you know I adored that story and roleplaying with you! I definitely think it’s one of the hottest things we’ve written to date here in Lit. 😁

Given I’ve been summoned by most gracious shoutouts, I’ll cite a recent work as the hottest sex scene I’ve read, because like Djmac I read a fair bit and it can be hard to keep tabs on every bit of delicious smut I come by.

So I’ll tag @NoTalentHack and his amazing story Five Nights with Freddy, which pretty much hits a good majority of my kinks and flavors in one awesome package, particularly the age-gap (DD/lg), breeding, impact play and other BDSM elements. The sexy scenes are superbly meltworthy. I admit to reading this story soooo many fucking times, and I’ll probably read it a million and one times yet. 🥵

At this time I don’t have any personal favorite “hottest works” to cite, but our lovely friends have definitely referred to some steamy pieces, so that’s sufficient for me. 😌

Hottest i've read on Lit? I can't remember the title 😞 but maybe someone else will; a mother and son road trip to Nashville where every time they stop they go a little further. I grew out of my I/T phase but this story remains top of the list.

Close second is the cousins boning in "In the grace of liars"

Can’t really answer either of these questions. There have been so many scenes I’ve read and written and I try not to rank them for obvious reasons. Tastes change by the needs of the audience, and quality is subjective too. Do you want something short & sweet? Long and full of variety? I need some details here.

To be honest, I tend to skim over detailed sex scenes when I read them. That is not to say I' don't find many hot but I do not need the detailed 'squishing of body fluids' etc. The idea of how the characters react is more my interest. I still get a great visual from many authors without those overly descriptive scenes.
 
I've read a lot of stories thus far and certain ones stick in my head, but not because of the sex scenes. Or at least, not only the sex scenes. So I really can't recall a favorite. I'll leave it by saying, I have read work from MOST of our AH usual suspects, and find none of you are unworthy of your reputations.

So, since I can't give someone else a public pat on the back, I won't give myself one either.
 
Hottest sex scene I've read? Does there have to be sex involved? If it doesn't, Claire and the Boys Next Door, ch. 8, when she's in the janitor's closet. There's no sex, but there's a lot of nude groping, etc.,

If sex has to be involved, Masks.

Hottest scene I've written? Or published? Published, it's easily Sophie's Fall, but I have a few contenders that I'm putting the finishing touches on...
