Master thinks a sad slave is a slave that won't bring money, so he decides to make boy marry girl by any means necessary. Boy refuses. Drama and violence ensues.

That's fun. Why not to sell the girl to the boy's father. For a bit more money he can really afford, so he makes the son feel all guilty. And the girl wouldn't be shy to remind she's really dad's, even if he's given her to the son and not using her much himself.

For idea 2, would like if the master is her older brother. Just a side incest twist.

For #2, you'd think that the M/s relationship would have come up at least once while they were dating. And would the master allow a romantic relationship to develop in the first place?

Maybe work it that he knows about it and falls in love with her anyway, even though he is conflicted.

Think I'd struggle a little with believability on '2'. Having a master and still falling in love? Seems like her needs weren't being met, not to mention the investment of time it takes to get that deep into a relationship. What exactly was he mastering? Why wouldn't she just walk away from her 'master'?
