I've already written this story, but it could be rewritten to happen around Halloween:

- every Halloween, at midnight, a young virgin (18 years), who died in a rather painful way some years ago, comes alive and haunts the neighbourhood/city to find a young man who will fuck her.

The way I've written it is that she may be pretending to be a virgin, seducing men to fuck her (interesting detail: while she's a ghost, humans cannot touch her, as they would go right through her; she, on the other hand, can touch humans everywhere she wants, so she has to do the actual fucking.
At the end her victim dies, just like her (but not in the same way; actually I didn't describe how the guy died, he was found the next morning with a smile on his face and his pants down at his ankles).
