Personally, I HOPE Trump and the GOP win decisively, but really, who can trust the polls. It all boils down to voter turnout, who votes, and who counts the votes. There's a lot more eyes on the count this time but I think we'll see a bit more of an accurate vote count, but again, that depends. The one thing we need above all is an honest, open and transparent election where everyone can trust the results. Here's hoping....

But which way it will go? Your guess is as good as mine. The only time I got polled, I lied through my teeth. LOL.

Oh yeah. Fermented fish sauce and you can use it as the main ingredient in a lot of different sauces. It's a bit of an acquired taste but it doesn't take much to acquire it. Great with Vietnamese food and spring rolls and stuff like that.

Garum? Yeah, I read that too. I guess the same concept in different places.

I didn't know that about soy sauce tho. Interesting. I have a cupboard at home that is nothing but different sauces. All the Chinese ones - and there are a few - I use oyster sauce all the time, and hoi-sin sauce, and I love the hot chilli ones. Sweet chilli sauce. Black bean sauce. Hit a chinese supermarket and there's usually a whole aisle of sauces. You have to find the recipes to go with them tho. Sweet chilli sauce with dim sum is great.

Yeah. the Democrats should have bitten the bullet in 2016 and hunted around for a new and up and coming candidate. Honestly, Tulsi would have been great - young, ex-military, left without being radical so she'd swing moderate Republicans. Photogenic. Great speaker and smart. Her and Shapiro might have been a good combo, or that Wang dude. He had some imagination.

Instead they picked Biden for the short term gain, chased Tulsi out and she ended up joining Trump and has a great future as a Republican. Soooooo short-sighted. She might ahve lost against Trump 1st time around but with experience.... as it is, she's gonna hone herself with Trump. I'd vote a Vance-Tulsi platform like a shot. I like her.

No, I don't think it was rigged at all. Rigging implies organization and collusion. Just the hive mind at work and people sezig opportunities that the circumstances offered.

Those circumstances didn't exist this time round and the monitoring was way more stringent so it didn't happen.

Also, back in 2020, there was that anti-Trump enthusiasm. A younger candidate could have milked that, but Biden just killed that. He's not someone you can get enthusiastic about easily, and as for Harris - she might appeal to the Democrat left but she just turns everyone else off.
