Turned on by accents?

I was just wondering if any of you are turned on by accents? Nothing gets me hot faster than a man with an accent, preferably British but most accents will do it for me.

Also, for you non-American's out there:

What do you think of American accents? Sexy or not?

I have a thing for men with spanish accents, I like the way their accent comes out when they are talking to me in English. But rather then talk to me in English I perfer that they speak to me in their native tongue...

But then again I did go out with a man from NY & his accent was divine, he would make his accent thicker when things would start to get heated cause he knew I loved to hear him talk ... Mmmmm

*chuckles* Well, I only tend to speak with a scottish accent when really, really caught up, but that's about it.

I'm so glad some of you have responded to this topic, it was my first time starting a thread and I was nervous that no one would answer.

For me English or Scottish are the best!(the guy who said his english accent had never got him laid, obviously has never met me. I'd be happy to oblige). I'm especially fond of Geordie accents! (area around Newcastle England).

Russian or Balkan accents are hot to. Did anyone see the ER espisode where Luka quoted Hamlet in Croatian. My god, listening to him speak his own language got me so hot. It was serious masturbation material for several days.

Gee I must be one lucky lady, I'm an Aussie (who's accent appears to be popluar here on Lit) and my SO is Croatian.....I love their accents.

I love accents too... My two favorites though have to be Scottish and Canadian.

BasilDD is Scottish though you wouldn't know it from listening to him - I am gonna drag him up to Scotland this summer in the hopes that the accent will resurface..
