I agree. Subtlety appears to be lost on this guy. If you remain polite to him while he's being a jerk, he'll always think he's in with a chance. There are men who will flirt shamelessly with EVERY woman aged between 18 and 80 who crosses their path, on the assumption that one day SOMEBODY will be dumb,drunk or desperate enough to fuck them. They play the odds and leave no skirt unlifted in their pursuit of commitment free sex.

Tell him he's a lecherous, creepy jerk and that you're not remotely interested. If that doesn't work, I recommend a comment like 'If you the only man on Earth and masturbation was illegal, I'd become lesbian in a heartbeat. Got that?'

Guys like that need telling how inappropriate they are. It's quiet, polite women like you who allow them to delude themselves that crass behaviour and lewd comments are attractive to any woman with a double digit IQ.
