We hope to wipe out the remaining electrical inspections today - if the guy will walk in the rain. Hell, Wat doesn't know why he wouldn't. I was fixing two disconnects in the rain yesterday. Two hundred forty volts. Hot. What's not to love?

Home from work. It went like shit today. The wunderkind electrician - seems to ejaculate prematurely. He loaded his truck and left and didn't finish all of my work. And his buddy, the electrical inspector, found it. It's on the funky conduit bit that I don't know how to do, either. I suppose I could figure it out, but I haven't the fucking time.


So the housemate had a shitty day, too, and is in a grumpy mood. And she sais she slept fer shit last night, which likely has a lot to do with it.


So, without shecking very closely, I used a burner I haven't used since the last alleged cook/ex-housemate lived here. Son-of-a-bitch caught fire. Probably something flammable slipped through the elecric eye and was sitting on the drip pan. I got it put out simply enough, but my cooking pan is blackened, and not in a good way, and it took 20 minutes to air (most of) the smoke out.


Oh, and the PM took a $600 whipping from property management today, too. Bad plumbing. They told me it was a plugged up drain, and it wasn't, so I fought it. It was a busted improperly installed toilet flange. I wish to fuck they had let me know in the first place.


I beg to differ. Feces Feaster is a horrible dog, as self-centered as any I have ever seen/met. And I love everything about that woman.

Motherfucker's gonna raise rents - on shitholes. I mean, I work on substandard places and get most of the defects corrected, but this job is gargantuan. I mean, he's really gonna raise rents, like almost to suburbs level. The tenants won't see an increase, but the taxpayer will.
