Trying to post illustrations with my stories, any ideas?

I've got a new story coming out and I wanted to use this as cover art. Enjoy it while it's here

Now, since the above image won't appear for most of you, how would you suggest I publish illustrated erotica? I've accepted that no free site will touch it, but even Patreon has restrictions and I'm not familiar with where else to look.

I think I may be able to pull this illustrated story thing off. Just avoid anything that would go behind a paywall.

Also, I should maybe consider getting behind a paywall for the salacious stuff. I used to consider that greedy, but now I'm seeing it as a form of self-defense.

Would throwing a single thumbnail on a story make it an "illustrated" story?
