Trying to get back to a story I read recently (MM, neighbor, reluc/NC)

Hi all,

I started reading a story recently but lost track of it. Unfortunately the themes are common enough that I'm having no luck recovering it through search! Here are the details I remember:

Main char (man) is out of work, has job interview in the morning. Neighbor is playing loud music so he goes over to ask him to lower it. Neighbor invites man in, gives him a couple drinks. Neighbor promises to help find job, but then insists on BJ. Main char feels like he has no choice, obliges. Neighbor promises not to finish, predictably withdraws promise by not withdrawing

Anyway, that's as far as I got. For like, normal reasons. I swear.
