Guy is in Afghanistan when he gets an email detailing the nightly orgies his wife and the other Army spouses are having.

Guy conspires with his female lieutenant and the scorned spouses for payback.

The cheating spouses are served when they return from combat.

One of the cheaters tries to fight the hero, but fails.

The courts throw the book at the cheaters.

Guy goes off to hook up with his lieutenant.

I know the story you mean. The wives were involved in some sort of sex club that took place in the MC's house. I remember when he got back home, he saw all these cars parked around his house from the men participating in the orgy. When the wives were exposed they were unashamed, claiming that they were just seeing to there needs. Is that the one?

I'm afriad I can't remember what it was called though, or who wrote it.... :(

No, not it.

The MC and those who were cheated on made a plan to have their all served at the airport. He doesn't show up during the Orgy.

It ends with the MC going to hook up with his lieutenant, of who her last name is Dan.

Pretty sure you looking for an alternate version of the story, "Just Once... If You Don't Mind?
by Kalimaxos"

Lot of different versions of the story.

"The courts throw the book at the cheaters."

Since you seem to remember the basics of this story pretty well, I'm curious what possible 'book' can be thrown at cheaters. It's not actually illegal, at least not in this century, is it?

If memory serves, the judge ruled in favor of the husband and his fellow soldiers. The cheaters got zero custody of the children, the sergeant only had to pay a dollar in alimony, and those who cheated had to pay the max in alimony and child support.
