Trying to find a Mother/Son story, also involving a doctor and her son

The story involves the son having to go to the doctor for an erection that won't stop ( I think maybe due to a skateboard accident? ). He ends up cumming onto the doctor during the exam in front of his mother. Doctor recommends the mom 'help' her son which leads to the usual situation. later on, the doctor meets up with the mom and has some fun with her, then they both have fun with her son and the doctors son as well.

Been searching for a bit and can't seem to find it, unless its been deleted or something.
