The governement's really going to turn its time and attention away from Iraq and illegally fired attorneys and sleazy lobbyist money and the botched Louisiana emergency response and global warming, to launch a protracted court battle, taking the WRONG side (in favor of supression of free speech that harms nobody) of the First Amnedment debate, to shut down a web site hardly anyone has ever heard of? Not likely!

3. Everyone who lurks or posts here, is here VOLUNTARILY. Unlike men's magazines in plain view at newsstands, you have to VOLUNTARILY sign-up for a Literotica membership, then voluntarily click on a specific amateur pic thread, and voluntarily click on a specific photo on that thread, to even SEE a cock or a pussy here. You CAN'T be accidentally exposed to it!

4. If the government ever DID threaten to shut down this site, there are PLENTY of free speech groups (including ACLU and adult entertianment lobbying organizations) who would fight that attempt.

But paranoia trumps logic every time! And so your wonderful photos will not be allowed here.

You can link to pics hosted on another site. However, sometimes "conveneiently" the links don't seem to work properly from Literotica (what a surprise!), and you have to manually type the URL in your browser to see the photo.
