I made some fresh cranberry relish tonight. I served it along with some baked chicken, fettucini alfredo, and steamed broccoli.

The cranberry relish is SUPER easy, btw.

1 bag fresh cranberries (sort through them and discard any that are at all soft)
zest from one orange (I used a tangerine tonight)
juice from half of one orange
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Put cranberries and zest in food chopper/processor and pulse til coarse
add to bowl, with sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add orange juice. Chill in fridge for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
