Wow, Fflow, thanks for that write up! I looked into lifeacasting and it seems pretty cool. I take it you've done this before?

I was the 'model' for two face casts, which my friend used to build latex masks. He made a positive of my face, then used modeling clay to sculpt the mask onto it. He made a cast of the mask, then scraped the clay off and poured latex between the two molds, thus producing a mask that fit exactly to my face. I wish I had photos of the masks, but don't. The first was of a boar, and the 2nd was a werewolf.

You're both very creative, so I thought it might be a fun winter hobby.
