My greatest regret is a downer. To not be too specific I did something long ago because I thought it was in their best interest, (turns out they moved on very happily), but I knew a gave up a very special opportunity in basically making that decision for them. I should have let them choose instead of making such a big decision on their behalf and to my detriment.
