i like a woman who is self-confident... adventurous... and takes good care of herself

She must be just as comfortable (and adventurous) going out as she is sitting home watching a movie.

Hair color is unimportant, as is eye color..... she must have a body that she takes good care of and is proud to show off.

She must also be able to carry on an intelligent conversation

today would be an awesome day for a picnic... yes, I know that there are some showers around, but that would add to the date. A nice picnic lunch.... a nice game to play... and rain drops to dodge ... enjoying the first good weather of spring

ok...I was 18 and he was a navy guy I had been dating for a long time. I moved to the area where he was stationed...I had family living there.
