In Ky you're supposed to wait 3 days but no one does. You run the background check right there at the POS. And then sell it.

I don't think that flea markets do background checks at all. They just ask for ID. There's what's legal and then what's reality and sometime the two clash. But that's life and it's rare to find someone who actually gives a shit.

That's correct. a national database..?? that's flawed cos mental health funding has taken huge cuts. So the people with dangerous mental health are not checked.

Really I heard the documentary on Gun Laws...or rather the politics of gun laws on Australian Radio National today- a respected media outlet.

BTW stats were given that massacres of innocent children are not statistically significant. And gun crime has actually decreased.
