At this point, it's really not about who wins the White House.
The consensus on every Electoral College map I've looked up has HRC winning with a range of 279 to 364.

The real question is how much of the down ballot will come into play.
Maybe the D's gain control of the Senate. Don't expect them to regain the House this cycle and don't expect the D's fair very well in 2018, as off-year elections rarely favor the party in control of the White House.

Well, if the Pubs don't have a Senate majority, and still want to obstruct, then they have to fall back on the filibuster, which ain't what it was, and might well be on the way out entirely, if the Dems get to write the rules for the next session. Remember, the filibuster or right of unlimited debate is not actually part of the Constitution, the Constitution only says each house of Congress gets to write its own rules. Only tradition/inertia has kept the filibuster in place this long.
