Trump Threw Our Children's Future In the Dumpster

He never considered that America's capacity for enduring abuse
depended on the sacrifices
and good will of the majority.

The whole nation could not throw away their conscience,
and have an America that functions.

January 6th
Trump watched the attack play out on television. Though not necessarily enjoying himself,
he was “bemused” by the spectacle because he thought his supporters were literally fighting
for him, according to a close adviser. But, this person said, he was turned off by what he
considered the “low-class” spectacle of people in ragtag costumes rummaging through the Capitol.

This is the impression that his handlers leave us with -

He was unhappy because the Capitol attackers ruined his TV show. They did not wear "classy" clothes.

Trump was willing to have adults convince young people to throw their futures away.

He never had any intention of giving pardons to criminal terrorist rioters -
In Trump's eyes, only losers, fools, and suckers, sacrifice their futures.

The funny thing is, he talked them into doing just that.
He paraded monsters that pretended to be soldiers.
Monsters that caused real soldiers to cry.
Pardoned the monsters that enjoyed inflicting pain.

Trump's father taught him to become "a killer."

Twisting the knife was Trump's trademark.

It was a warning that Trump gave to others.

Could expect more pain, after he stabbed you in the back.

The total truth remains unknown.

What was consistent, is uncertainty.

We were never allowed to see behind the stage curtain.

Four years of a Potemkin facade.

"The attack on the Capitol made so many of the ugliest parts of Donald Trump
obvious even to people who pretended they didn't exist."

"Of all of these personality "flaws" - as his former White House chief of staff John Kelly's
said in an interview - the one most likely to elicit schadenfreude is Trump's clear contempt
for his own supporters."

Trump found the people that attended his rallies, to be "disgusting," to him.

It has become a standard joke -

How two-faced was he ? ha ha ha

So two-faced, he thanked Coronavirus for giving him the excuse, to never be forced
out of political necessity, to shake hands with disgusting low-class people, ever, again.

Let me get this straight: In the 1950s, corporate taxes accounted
for 35 percent of all federal revenue. Now, they account for 7 percent.
Yet Republicans still think corporations pay too much in taxes?

Trump collected bags full of campaign cash- that never paid for the campaign costs

see legal fees -lawyers did not get paid

The Trump administration, like the Trump organization of the past 40+ years,
tried to leave citizens holding the bag at every turn.

One of the main gripes that states and localities had with Trump’s never-ending
campaign was his propensity to leave the costs of enormous security bills on the
shoulders of local taxpayers.

One city that has waited more than 19 months for the Trump campaign to pay its
debt is Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller sent a $200,000 bill to a collection agency in the
hopes of receiving money he says the Trump campaign owes the city.

The small cities and towns that ponied up the cash to pay for security
for Trump's traveling Hate Rally tour, and at this late date,
are still waiting to get paid.

President Joe Biden is saddled with the debts that Trump ran up, because Trump
never insured that there would be money to back up his hot air...- unfunded.
President Joe Biden observed, and is stubbornly insisting that the money be provided,
so that services and provisions do not melt away, after he leaves office.

"Morbid Mitch" McConnell is blocking a way for America to pay down Trump's debts.

(Mitch has been caricatured as Mr. Turtle, but I see "Morbid Mitch" as a near-sighted vulture.)

At the moment, many people are mourning the death of community in their towns.

Montanans used to live and let live. Now bitter confrontations cloud Big Sky Country.

By the time the third teenager had died by suicide since the start
of the school year, the Flathead Valley was desperate for unity.

Ultraconservatives newly in power backed two candidates for state office in 2020 with
misdemeanor criminal records. One was Greg Gianforte, who pleaded guilty to a charge
of assaulting a reporter during his campaign for the House in 2017.

(Gianforte would later be elected governor after an endorsement from Trump,
who praised Gianforte’s violence.)

No one would mistake the outspoken former Kalispell mayor for a big-government
liberal. But Fisher, 45, is aghast at what her party has become as Montana’s tradition
of political independence gives way, as she sees it, to being just another Trump red state.

“The extremists have stolen everything,” former mayor, Tammi Fisher said.

Our community has lost community,” Kevin Geer, who leads a local congregation
of 4,000 at Canvas Church in Kalispell, said in an interview. He’s angry, too, at
extremists he says are polluting religion with ugly politics: “They’ve hijacked the
conversation.”

So, we needed higher class coupists? That, of course, would leave all of the Trumps out to begin with.
