Trump Org found guilty on all charges of Tax Fraud!

Since Trump said Weisselberg did this all on his own, it would seem that his next move would have to be a lawsuit against Weisselberg. Imagine what the defense would testify to in THAT lawsuit! I’m sure Trump has already “truthed” that he’ll be suing.

Still pretty much getting away with it. The maximum fine is less than two million, Weisselberg, who is still on the company payroll, is taking the fall, and no member of the Trump family is personally convicted of anything.

But at least Trump's personally controlled company is a convicted felon and we all know that Trump, still floating above the law personally, is corrupt and criminal.

An Incorporated Company is a Person in the eyes of the US Justice system.

So President Trump is guilty of exactly nothing.

Murder and Violent Crime is at an all time high in NYC, and the D.A.’s office has spent almost all of its time & money fighting a political Witch Hunt for D.C. against “Trump” over Fringe Benefits, something that in the history of our Country, has never been so tried in Court before.

Maybe if they hadn’t had to deal with obstructions, delays, denials of subpoenas and hundreds of 5th Amendment claims, they could have finished faster and at less cost.

It is not a tax deductible expense. Neither while we on the subject is an award of a civil court, nor is a penalty exacted by a legally competent authority, such as the IRS. A senior manager, Weisselberg has been found guilty of a criminal offence as has his employer, Trump Organization. Because the organization has been found to be fraudulent the IRS can now examine the conduct of all the Directors, including Donald, Don junior, Eric and Ivanka plus other senior employees to determine any lapses in the conduct of their fiduciary duties.

They will have to defend themselves at their own expense because Insurers will deny indemnity under any Directors and Officers Insurance coverage because of the findings of criminal misconduct already established by the court (against the company and its Officer). Note that Weisselberg admitted criminal wrong and the CEO, Donald Trump signed off on the document which executed that crime. That finding of fact will be recorded by the judge in his/her judgement.

The former President's innocence or guilt was not the subject of charges in this matter. Your proclamation is therefore without any basis one way or the other. Trump and his fellow Directors are now exposed because the criminal court clearly established as fact that the Director's conduct was at best ignorant, careless, and complicit. The IRS has been gifted a ton of ammunition and the court has clearly identified their targets for them.

Both Keith D and you were correct in identifying the fine as derisory, but the back taxes recovered and legal costs will cost the family/Directors many tens of millions more.
