If there was a need to take Tylenol for a medical issue, like repeated fever during pregnancy (a fairly common issue), then that / those medical issue(s) “could” be (likely are) the cause for development issues with the children of those who took Tylenol (See also: The Covid disease (etc) “could” be (likely is) the cause of health problems, and NOT the Covid vaccine.

Tylenol's own advice to pregnant women does not contradict what the FDA is saying now. The FDA's core advice is pregnant women should not take Tylenol. That's the same thing Tylenol says.

Is autism caused in whole or in part by women taking Tylenol during pregnancy? Maybe.

Given that a bunch of shithead liberal women are right now conducting their own clinical study by experimenting on their own babies then I expect to have more definitive information on the possible connection between Tylenol and autism in the next year.

I'm patient enough to wait on their results.
